RespondThat is inbound-first. We process customer messages only to generate replies and answer calls for your account. We run guardrails that block personally identifiable information (PII) from being sent or spoken by the AI. We do not sell your data.
You are charged per email reply ($0.20) and per voice minute answered ($0.10) after your free credits are used. Credits are prepaid via Stripe and non-refundable once consumed. Pricing may change with notice.
You agree not to use RespondThat for unlawful, deceptive, or spam purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
